At Have That Conversation, we provide a safe and encouraging space for men to come together and talk about mental health and wellbeing. We recognize that men don't talk enough about these topics, and strive to create an atmosphere of positivity and mindfulness. Our group sessions provide an opportunity for men to share their experiences and support each other in their journey towards wellness.
